Welcome to Ticket Evolution Public Events (T.E.P.E.). By accessing our platform or purchasing a digital experience pass, you agree to be bound by the following legal terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this site, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Digital Goods Delivery
T.E.P.E. provides digital admission passes. These are delivered electronically immediately upon successful transaction via PayPal. It is the user's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download the digital pass provided on the confirmation screen.
3. Usage of Tickets
Each digital pass contains a unique QR code. T.E.P.E. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or duplicated tickets. Once a ticket is "scanned" by an event organizer, it becomes invalid for further entry.
Privacy Policy
Your Data Security: We prioritize the protection of your personal information.
- Information Collection: We collect your name, email address, and zip code purely for transaction verification and digital delivery.
- Financial Privacy: We use the PayPal SDK for all card transactions. T.E.P.E. never sees, stores, or handles your raw credit card numbers.
- AI Interaction: Our Concierge service uses Google Gemini. While interactions are sanitized, do not share sensitive personal secrets with the AI assistant.
- Data Retention: We store purchase history in Google Firebase to allow registered users to access their digital wallets.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Final Sales Only
As T.E.P.E. provides instant digital goods, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the event of a full event cancellation by the Organizer. In such cases, the refund will be processed minus any non-refundable platform processing fees.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the platform shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Oklahoma.
